Singapore-based fintech ROSHI has successfully raised US$137,000 in pre-seed funding to fuel expansion of its digital lending platform across Southeast Asian markets.
SINGAPORE, 21st, June 2024 — The funding round comprised US$93,000 from a Singapore-based angel investor to accelerate growth in the local market and US$44,000 from two angel investors to establish and expand operations in Vietnam. This strategic investment will enable ROSHI to strengthen its position in the rapidly growing Southeast Asian fintech sector.
The funding comes at a pivotal time for digital lending in the region, with Southeast Asia’s fintech market experiencing unprecedented growth. The investment will be deployed to enhance ROSHI’s technology infrastructure, expand its team, and develop market-specific solutions for both Singapore and Vietnamese consumers.
