Borrowers should check this registry before sharing any personal documents or signing any agreements.
Borrowers earning under $20,000 per year are capped at $1,500 in total across all licensed moneylenders. Borrowers with an annual income of $20,000 or above may borrow up to six times their monthly salary. Both limits are cumulative meaning they apply across every lender the borrower has active loans with, not per individual lender.
